There are times when ASP will save a cookie that will reside on your PC. If you the "Saved Cart" facility when browsing ASP shop, the saved cart is stored as a cookie. You can decide how long it stays and you can delete this cookie. This is like a wish-list or repeat shopping list of products.
If you want a quick login the next time you visit a store, your customer details can be stored as a cookie. This is an option you can select if it was activated for a particular shop.
