School Membership and Registration System

  • We can create school web site user groups (School Staff, Parents, Students, Volunteer Editors, etc.) to maintain the content of the church web site and control access level.
  • Following User Groups can be created:
    • Front-end User Groups:
      • Registered - This group allows the user or school staff to login to the Front-end interface.
      • School Website Author - This group allows a user to post content, usually via a link in the User Menu.
      • School Website Editor - This group allows a user to post and edit any content item from the Front-end.
      • Publisher - This group allows a user to post, edit and publish any content item from the Front-end.
    • Back-end School Administrator: This group allows access to content creation and other system information.


    School Website Content Access Levels: Access to the content of the pages can be Public or for Registered Users Only.

    • Any page assigned with Public access can be viewed or accessed by the anonymous web visitor.
    • Pages assigned to Registered Users can be accessed only by members. For example:
      • Staff Directory can be accessed only by school staff.
      • Online School Year Book can be wieved by only staff, parents and students.
    • This can be configured from School Web Site Control Panel easily by school staff.
