AffordableWebdesign.com web hosting tehcnical support includes setting up
email accounts, ftp access, and other server related issues free
of charge. Web Hosting Support does not include web design and programming
related issues. These services may be provided at reasonable rates via
a 'user pays' Support Points System.
Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed through our online help desk at http://www.affordablewebdesign.com/support.
The number of points deducted depends on the complexity of the issue and
the amount of time spent by our support staff investigating and providing
a solution.
- Our Tech Support cannot assist in the implementation of any new code
beyond essential troubleshooting. If your
request requires changes to the codebase, you will be referred to our development
team to provide a quote.
- In the interest of receiving a faster response
and AWD Tech Support Team not missing any of your emails, please
post all queries to the AWD
Help Desk.
Queries will not be accepted via email.
- A minimum of 5 points will be charged for any support
query.
- If you do not have enough support points remaining to cover a query,
a 'points quote' will be sent to you prior to us issuing a response.
- The amount of points charged will correspond to the time and complexity
it takes to rectify the issue.
- Customizations cannot be paid for with Support Points.
- Support points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other goods
or services from AWD.
